If you’re looking to expand your Adwords campaign and get some advertising on high traffic websites, then Google Ad Planner is for you. Google recently announced some great new features to the Ad Planner.
You can now see a list of the top 1000 sites worldwide, based on unique visitors. According to Google, this list will be updated monthly as new Ad Planner datasets are released. For each website you can see how many unique visitors, page views, category, and whether or not the site offer ads.
Not surprisingly perhaps, Facebook tops the list followed by the search engines, Wikipedia, a couple of portals, and Blogspot.
Google has launched an iPhone app for Adwords. So now you can keep track of your Adwords account on the go. You can set up alerts in your Adwords account to let you know when your daily budget is spent or if traffic drops alerting you to a problem.

Google has said that they are adding more features down the line, so watch this space if you are an iPhone junkie and use Adwords.
